Travelling to another country

  • Check the requirements for the country you are travelling to
  • Book your PCR test in line with the requirements of the country you are visiting
  • Order your Fit to Fly certificate

Coming back into the UK

  • Check the gov.uk website and follow the guidelines issued for returning to the UK
  • Book your PCR test as soon as you can in line with your date of entry back to the UK
  • Order your test to release certificate

  • Self isolate in line with the government guidelines
  • The only way you do not have to isolate is if you carry out a PCR test and get a test to release certificate
Symptoms

The most common symptoms of the virus are :

  • Temperature over 37.5
  • Difficulty in breathing
  • Dry cough
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of taste and smell
  • Aches and pains

Testing yourself is the key to protecting yourself. Only by testing yourself will you have the certainty of knowing if you are infected now (PCR Swab test) or find out if you have ever had the virus and have built up antibody immunity (Antibody test).
